    010c, 020c and 0110 jams on iR ADV C75XX

I have 4 iR ADV C75XX machines which are giving the same jamming problems recently. They all have between 1 and 4 million copies and they all give 010C, 020C and 0110 jam codes but only when feeding from tray 2.
    010C Delay at registration
    020C STNRY at registration
    0110 delay fixing inner delivery.

I do get periodic wandering registration but again, only from tray 2.

The registration assembly has been changed, Also the primary and pre trans coros. (I was told it could be electrical noise caused by arcing) The sep and feed rollers are all at under 50%. and the duplex feed rollers have been replaced. Still jams every 10-20 pages.

    Any Ideas?

    Thanks

Just from left deck...check elevator is lifting tray level, cable not tangled at spool in behind. Sheet metal not bent or mispostion in paper tray? Remove the right paper tray and look at paper as it feeds from left deck. Should be able to see if tray "plate" is level. With that meter reading on it, I would replace the pickup assembly. Any skew? Ribs on door worn? Just tossing out ideas

We replaced a white one way gear FL3-5201-000 for jamming from the left deck. The second side of duplexing also depends on this gear.
