[Error Code] Front cover open error

Hello everyone and me again
Canon imageRunner ADVANCE DX (3826i) printer monitor displays "close front cover" message, but the cover is closed and the printer is new, just assembled. Please tell me what is wrong and what can I do to fix it.

Would check the Interlock Switch first.

Check the J128 connection of the DC Controller PCB.

Thank you very much Sir, I have corrected the error. The DC Controller PCB was badly connected.
