IRA6265 white lines

Good morning everyone. Can someone simply throw me a few words on how to solve this problem please.
It only happen when doing photocopy. There is no problem on P-Print sample.
I changed scanner unit with the white flat cable and reader PCB but the problem still the same.

Copies from glass or through document feeder? Remove the large glass, flip it over and make sure that the white strip is pure white all the way across. I've seen it lift under an area from customer getting it wet with Windex, so shading correction will be wrong in dark areas, csusing a light area when scanning

He said printing is fine...only happens when copying. If it was a dirty laser glass, prints would show the problem also

Sorry for late reply. The problem solve. Changed platern glass. The white strip on the left side of platen glass almost came off.
