Canon C7270i printer bypass problem

Hello,
Canon c7270i printer has bypass problem.
Each time we turn on the printer, the paper size selection screen appears, but there is no paper in the bypass.
I changed the sensor with the flag, it didn't fix it. No broken sensors or wires, I checked them all.
I would appreciate your help.

enter service mode and indicate jam error code

In service mode parts check, does it show paper present and does the sensor change state in service mode part check if you stick a paper in? Make sure photo-interrupt has a white connector on it and not black(junk). Back up dcon and do a dcon clear to see if that resolves it
