Canon IR ADV 4225 - unable to install firmware on HDD

Hi,
I have a fully working canon IR ADV 4225 , and a USB drive with the firmware loaded , I have been trying to flash the firmware to a new HDD (want to use this on a different machine as its HDD is broken) , the firmware loading process gets stopped at 99% and shows a checksum error post which I get E748-2012 error which my engineer was able to fix by doing something with the flash PCB. But when I try to flash the firmware to a new HDD again , I get the same errors. Can someone tell me what's going wrong?

Are you sure a 100% ? if yes , can you please share the firmware
