    Dears all:
we face a problem with DADF type G1 when jamming occur the jam won't clear until that restart the machine the jamming codes varies between Jam code 0045 and 0096
we searched for jam code 0096 in the service manual not found.

There are 3 or 4 transceiver type sensors with prisms in the feeder. One is failing initialization when you hit start. Manually push a piece of cardstock through the df paper path to push out anything that might be stuck. I've had to replace them a few times. Sometimes blowing them out and initializing them works sometimes, or the prisms fall off. They can be checked in service mode

Thank you for your interest But the feeder working fine for feeding paper as well till jamming happens with the feeder the jamming won't go out until restart the machine.
And at the end what about jamming code 0096 which in not mentioned in service manual.
          Thanks in advance.
