Iradvc5235 configuration page blank copy

Good day to all
I have a unit iradvc5235 when you print a configuration page or print list for counter list the machine will produce a blank copy.
Machine when do PG10 test output there is image CMYK

Try make a copy from scanner if you select only black copy come out result blank but if you select full color the result come out have image.

I have all relevant pcb such as main con 1 &2, DC controller, HVT, both laser unit, itb belt assembly & transfer roller still the same.

Any clue how to solve this problem? Thanks in advance

hello how did it go with the problem
try doing some printing from the pc or usb
and do the scan to mailbox and see if I read the document correctly

Hi Good day to you,

Problem solved by swapping another unit of ITB assembly from another unit. That defective unit I have disposed it as I have extra unit
