[Misc] CANON IRA400i duplicate IP on the network- check connection - after firmware update

Made a FW update via CSD after that we are getting a duplicate IP on the network- check nw connection message, even though we unplugged the nw cable. Any ideas?
    Maybe a downgrade via SST?

Wia CDS in service mode/updater you can chose firmware version.

Do you have this message ? A competing IP address was found on the network

this normally means someone has gone backwards with the firmware - which means the main controller is bricked......

Download the new firmware via USB, there is no other way .
