[Jamming] 4245 Finsher Jam Intermittant curl in front

I am getting the front curl that skews and pushes papers sometimes. Result jam code is 1101. The finisher is out of the range of those that needed the 2 tech pub solutions.
I wish I had the Roller assembly instructions Tekcat posted. If you have faced this issue and its been difficult to get rid of with fuser temp adjustments please let us know.
LTRR with staple ofcourse does not present the problem.
