[Jamming] jam problem on canon ir c5030i

Hello friends, I am Spanish, I will try to translate my problem.

I have a canon ir c5030i that is driving me crazy with a jam, it only happens when printing on one side, both a4 and a3 size, by any drawer or even by manual input.
On the other hand, it works fine in a4R.

the error is always "delay in ps37", I attach pictures, the paper enters the fixation and always remains stopped between the rollers.

I have cleaned all the rubber bands where the paper passes through, but it is still the same, at the first copy it jams.

    Any suggestions?

Have you tried with another fixing unit. Is fixing unit OEM ?

Thanks for replying, the fixing unit is original, but I have no possibility to try another one. If I could, I would have clearly solved it.

I plan to replace the pressure and heat roller.

I had the feeling that the spring-loaded screws that give pressure to the roller were separated, but after tightening them a bit more it keeps jamming when printing on one side (even A4R).

I'm sure it must be the fixation, in long double-sided prints there is a moment when they go wrong (attached photo), then it ends well.

I have cleaned and checked the registration roller.

Not recommended to play with the pressure adjustments. Maybe you tightened it too much. There should be a nip width adjustment in service mode somewhere

I know, you shouldn't touch the tightening, luckily I made a mark and left it as it was, although it still jams p37 and sometimes p39.

In any case, I think that the jam is because the paper does not drag well inside the fixation.

You only create work and problems for yourself.Replace the fixing unit or lubricate the fixing film with the correct grease.

Really?, do you think the best solution is to replace the whole fixing unit?

It's quite an expensive part but if you think so, I'll replace it.

That may come in 2 pieces. Upper and lower.
