    CM2020

    Anyone know how to reset the admin password to default on a CM2020 Fiery print system?? Purchased the machine used, prior user had changed the admin password, now we can't reset the network settings to use the machine on our network. Any help is appreciated...

      are you talking about the admin password for the copier or the fiery?

          It was actually the fiery..but has been resolved. I was able to reset by pulling the battery off of the main board.
