NAVI cant connect to machine

    NAVI cant connect to machine

    please anyone help me, i have installed NAVI ver 2.2.0.0 to my pc, but the NAVI wont connect to my machine, i used ir 5000, ir 5020i and ir 7200...

    i was follow step by step installation in the manual, but still not working, it is the problem in my machine not display

    service mode Level 2
    COPIER>OPTION>BODY>
    STS-PORT 1
    CMD-PORT 1
    both of them is not exist.

    and when i hold 1 and 7 keys mode "FIXIP" cannot displayed.
    in the NAVI the error say "the attemp to connect to the device has failed"
    when i try to connect.

    please help me, how i can connected thats...

      It doesn't work with those units, they are older models and are not equip to communicate. That's why you only have case files and every other option is greyed out.

          i see... so what machine who can connect to Navi?(the type)

          where i can have navi for ir 5020i or else who can connect to Navi?

              The 5020i is part of the 5000 family,, not supported, here is the list of units that can communicate with NAVI:

              iR6570 family
