There is a DDI-P communication error,
Turn off the main power, and check the connectors to the DC control PCB and the main controller PCB, and check the power supply of the printer; then, turn on the main power.
Make sure all cables are seated properly. Did this unit have a imagePASS-D1?.

Did you have either of the DC controller or Main Controller pcb's out of the machine?
If so make sure that the connector that joins the two boards is connected securely.
Also...E733 can be thrown up when there's a dip in power(or brown out) and can usually be solved by cycling the machine(turn the power off/on).

            E00733-001 error code

I had that problem on a iR-2230 after the laser unit being unplugged.

Just check all memory chips. Remove and replace each.
            Then restart the machine.

How could you have replaced the hard drive and not had access to sys sftware or the sst?
