[Misc] Canon IRA400i - FIRMWARE - Standard partition update error

Hello guys,
We had some //NO NETWORK// issues with our clients iRA400i and made a firmware update via CSD. We have the below selfcheck (2+4) error after the machine`s firmware was updated:

And when we try to enter the download mode (2+8) to make a firmware update via USB it says the following:

Need some help regarding this issue.

Format the hard drive and re-install firmware for starters.
