Hey there all. Hope everyone is well.
We have a Canon pro 4000. For some strange reason it's giving some issue with cyan/blue shades of gray prints.
We thought maybe head wanted cleaning or nozzles. We've done both. The issue Atilla remains where if you looked at the attached. First image is before head cleaning second is after. Like there is little to no cyan being applied to the paper. And when prints come out you will see a line on them. Can anyone assist?
