Image Runner Adv. 6555i- jam report?

Is there some sort of jam report for the 6555i? Supposed to be looking at one with some kind of intermittent jamming problem. Was hoping we could see where the machine says the jams are if it doesn't jam when we are there.


Some Ricoh copiers will have a service mode that shows the last 10 jams with the location, paper size, direction...

I saw in the service book jam counters for some points in the machine but didn't see where there would be a list of something.

When you highlight one of the jams it will give you a sensor and location. Check that there's no papers behind the drawers and transfer assembly.
