[Error Code] E0732-0001

Canon Ir 3245 copier from power open E0732-0001 error code. Please solution. I am change duplicate unit and Tray 3 , Tray socket removes. But it not fix.

Please help me what to do next.

Please help me what to do next.

1. Clean the mainboard cable to DC
2. Clean the cable from the rider to the mainboard using an eraser or thinner on the yellow plate because this cable is flexible.
3. Unplug the cable that I show in the photo above then plug it back in.
4. Unplug the adf reader cable behind the machine then plug it back in
5. Or you can replace the flexible cable with a new cable if you don't want to bother, don't forget after replacing or reinstalling the cable, reset the copier. if after doing some of the things above the machine is still in E000732-0001 condition, you can do the next step by checking other conditions.
6. Make sure the DC control has no damage either charred or other things, or to make sure you can exchange it with another machine.
7. Replace one PS reader unit
8. Next, make sure the fan on the power supply section is rotating, if it turns off, you can check the charred or burnt parts of the transformer
