[Error Code] Canon IR-ADV C5540i Error Code E000075 0003

Hello friends.
We have the IR-ADV C5540i.
It keeps giving error E000075 0003.
I did some research on the internet.
And I saw the belt slide towards the position sensor.
I center the belt and attach it to the machine again. When I start the machine, it slides back towards the sensor.
What is the reason of this?
Do any parts need to be changed?

If you look in the service manual there is an adjustment procedure for the plate behind the belt drive motor. From memory I think they have got the adjustment directions the wrong way round. If it says move the plate up I believe you should do the opposite. Also the adjustment says it can take up to 2 minutes which can be in fact closer to 10 minutes when running the set up. Just keep trying by moving the plate position until you get it within the tolerance listed. If you cannot get within the parameters then a new belt is required

There are three screws (marked) at the bottom of the motor and one with position lines.
I guess that's what you're talking about.
I tried changing the setting (in the opposite direction) and there is almost no slipping anymore.
I'll try and plug it in tomorrow.

No you have to remove the motor and the plate you need to adjust up or down is behind that, just look at the manual the whole procedure is there including the service modes to run to check the adjustment.

On the C5200 series we replace the Inner transfer roller and big drive roller. Plus a new BELT. No need to mess with the adjustment. Replace worn parts.
The drive roller and transfer roller do become dirty and slick. This allows the belt to walk off.
