I am an End User. Canon IR Advance 6055 suddenly can't print. need some improvisation

Canon IR Advance 6055
Suddenly cannot print.. ping the machine. no reply
already sure that the ethernet port for Rj45 is broken
already try to print using the others two ports. and it worked
but using this kind for printing is not suitable for me..
i have five computers that connect to wifi.. and the wifi connect to the machine
using switch hub..(Rj45 cable)

My technician suggested me to buy a new mainboard.
It will cost me so much money.
so I need some advice
anyone already try this and it works?

Now. i need to buy usb cable 15 meters.

You will likely never find a USB cable that long.

You would probably need to have one custom made; very pricey and no guarantees. USB was never made to work over those lengths.

You would be much better off with an external Ethernet to USB print server, such as this one:

Amazon.com: HP Jetdirect External Print Server/Internet Connector for USB Printers and Ethernet Networks (J6035A) : Electronics

That one is a bit expensive. I only picked it as an example.

The USB port you pointed to on the copier was a Type A. It's been quite a few years since I've worked with Canon, but I don't think you can print from there. (It may be for firmware installing, I'm not sure.)

You need to plug into the USB Type B port above it for printing, if I recall.

You will need a device such as I mentioned, which will connect to the network (with its own IP settings, of course), and output print data to its USB output port.

There are no $5 solutions here, sorry.

Using this usb cable 10 metres
