[Misc] Has anyone heard of this machine?

Customer is insisting he has a Canon 3207 cikx MFP.
When i google that model all i get is canon cameras.
We did not sell the MFP to the customer, we just recieved a call from them. After 30 minutes if searching it up i feel like he succesfully trolled me...

EDIT: There are Utax and Samsung Models with that name, but nothing from canon...

I also didn't meet this model. Let the customer take a photo of the machine or send the copy of Config Page and all will be clear.
