E074-0001 on IP C750

I've been getting clicking noises and random streaks, so I replaced the transfer belt cleaning unit. Now I'm getting an E074-0001 code which refers to the primary transfer rollers not raising and lowering. I cleaned the sensor that detects the home position. I told the customer I'd come back with the motor that raises and lowers the primary transfer rollers. He asked if I could swap transfer units with his C650 until I return. No problem. But now both machines work with no codes and the clicking noise moved to the C650. Any thought?

Hi, I have no good explanation for why the error code disappeared but the clicking noise sounds like it could be the drive gear for the cleaning unit.
Seen this getting worn down a few times to the point where it starts grinding down the shaft it's sitting on.

Its better to also replace the timing belt on the gear and the white gear from the other side of the belt.
