hi, i have problem with ir 4225 ,when printing the order doesn't reach the machine, but when i turn the machine off and open it again the order start to print, can you help me what is the answer. thanks

Download and install the correct print driver from Canon and uninstall the other one

You may try clearing the print spooler.



There are a few ways to do this, but the easiest is probably from the Command Prompt. Open the Start menu, search for "Command Prompt," right-click the option that appears, and choose Run As Administrator. Then paste in the following commands, pressing Enter after each one:


net stop spooler
del %systemroot%\System32\spool\PRINTERS\* /Q /F /S
net start spooler


With any luck, this will bring your printer back to life and you'll get the document you've been waiting for.

Open the printer que on the PC and delete or cancel the job. You can also stop the print spooler. Just remember to restart the spooler
