Re: Canon c5235 Blank Copy
Hello, when you changed the entire scanner, you put the factory settings of the scanner that is on the cover of the reader that you take out to connect the dadf. those values you have to put it to the machine through the service mode..
note each scanner has its own values on the cover where the sticker is with the factory values -
Re: Canon c5235 Blank Copy
After having set the values to the printer through the service mode, you turn the printer off and on.
check if the cys of the scanner, you remove two screws where the led lamps are, below there are three mirrors, clean them with a dry lint-free cloth, so as not to damage or scratch the mirrors. then put it back together.
once everything is armed, turn on and perform the complete gradation adjustmentComment

Re: Canon c5235 Blank Copy
All the prints of PG tests are printed fine. Complete with no mistakes or errors displayed.
If I try to copy that PG test through the copy function the paper comes out with nothing on it. And I have tried with 2 adf, 2 adf board, 2 CIS, and have changed everything on the same machine. So what could it be the problem?
Thank you in advance

Re: Canon c5235 Blank Copy
Did you do an Rcon clear? Back it up in service mode then clear it. If still blank, format hard drive and re-install newest firmware for starters. I've had irac machines do this before, and if that doesn't fix it, back up user data and "re-initialize all data"...doesn't make sense but it's worked. Dcon clear,Mcon clear..cover all steps before throwing boards at itComment
