Hello, when you changed the entire scanner, you put the factory settings of the scanner that is on the cover of the reader that you take out to connect the dadf. those values you have to put it to the machine through the service mode..
note each scanner has its own values on the cover where the sticker is with the factory values

After having set the values to the printer through the service mode, you turn the printer off and on.
check if the cys of the scanner, you remove two screws where the led lamps are, below there are three mirrors, clean them with a dry lint-free cloth, so as not to damage or scratch the mirrors. then put it back together.
once everything is armed, turn on and perform the complete gradation adjustment

And why doesn't the machine recognize the tests to make gradation adjustment?
you can send photos of test 6, test 10 and test 5 (individual color)

All the prints of PG tests are printed fine. Complete with no mistakes or errors displayed.

If I try to copy that PG test through the copy function the paper comes out with nothing on it. And I have tried with 2 adf, 2 adf board, 2 CIS, and have changed everything on the same machine. So what could it be the problem?

            Thank you in advance

Hello, do you have photos of what you have changed?
If the problem is with copies change:unit reader, if the problem persists.
try to change main controller pcb 2

If the problem persists, try riser pcb or dc controller

I have changed all the upper part including the reader. I will try main controller 2. But is it the same for any model? Like c5235 or c5240? Or it has to be the same model?

Which one is the riser pcb? How do I change it? And dc controller I think steps are in the service manual?

Did you do an Rcon clear? Back it up in service mode then clear it. If still blank, format hard drive and re-install newest firmware for starters. I've had irac machines do this before, and if that doesn't fix it, back up user data and "re-initialize all data"...doesn't make sense but it's worked. Dcon clear,Mcon clear..cover all steps before throwing boards at it
