    C5235 Black color Quality

Hello, since I have several machines with problems. This time is something very weird about Canon c5235. Because we installed machines in clients and after less than 1000 pages they report that black quality turned very poor. We changed the complete Dev unit and Imaging unit from another machines but the problem came back after less than 1000 pages.

we changed also the scanner laser unit involving the black color. But the problem returned. Someone suffered with this problem too?

what can it be? Firmware was also updated.

    thank you in advance.

Check if the drum heater button is activated.
    Is the toner original?
Install a new original or compatible drum to rule out the problem 🙂.
The last thing would be a problem with the black hopper unit.

You are from Peru, you can put units from another machine, but the problem may persist.
It may be that the machine is in an environment that is very cold, and that is why the drums cool down, causing pale copies or prints, but above all the black color suffers.
I will send you the photo of the drum heater button, activate it, turn the printer off and on, wait for the drum to heat up, it can take 1 hour or send a print run.
If the button is already activated, try a new drum, even if it is compatible from the Fuji brand. If changing the new drum, the print quality is lowered, change the black hopper. Another detail is the toner has to be original or a good quality toner, sometimes they usually put compatible toner and the quality of colors does not resemble what it is with original consumables

Hello, can you send a photo of the black drum unit, to see what condition the drum is in.
Did you try the compatible Fuji drum? And also put the new drum blade on it.
