Special function doesn't appear on MAC /Canon 5550

    Hi to all

Recently I've got this problem, to explain you I installed a Canon 5550 (who is updated)
So I activated "Airprint" to install the printer to the Mac.

This printer have the ID access to print and make copy.

Usually in Mac when you want to print you have the "Special Function" in the list that appear to enter the ID & Password.

The problem is that "special function" doesn't appear on my mac (who is updated also).
I tried to turn off & turn on both printer & mac but it doesn't change anything.

Someone as the solution please ?

Airprint does not support department ID'S, you will need to install the driver through system preferences
