IRA 6555i ADF Jam

    [Jamming] IRA 6555i ADF Jam

    My IRA 6555i yesterday had jamming and had some of the paper piece in the machine, after i got the piece of paper out, its still said jamming
    the error code is Power type on s23/s22, i tried cleaning it and making sure the sensor still active, i didnt know what to do anymore, at first i though in the adf still got some piece of paper but , after i tried * 2 8-> feeder cleaning roll, and tried to roll few piece of paper out, still nothing happened still got jammed on error code is Power type on s23/s22

    If you power off and on you will get a power on jam code. You need to look a little further back in the jam history to see if there's other codes. There is a prizm(not sure what else to call it) assembly where the paper makes the turn to go down that can come unstuck from its frame.

      you mean roll clean, like making the machine roll all of the gear?
      i tried checking all of the jam history all of it power on and delay, but the delay i already clean the sensor and making sure the sensor is still on
