HI has anyone got theses firmwares

Hi,

does anyone happen to have these firmware's for

as the hdds have been removed and an error codes is coming up.

You dont need the firmware to recover the machine if it has had the HDD removed and you are getting E602 error
replace the missing HDD with the correct type Toshiba MQ01ABF032 320gb
connect to the machine using SST and you will be able to format the drive
the after reboot it should reload its firmware
once working you can go into service and update firmware via the canon server

the c7270i is not getting an ip address

hold down 2 and 8 then switch on it should set the machine to 172.16.1.100
use a cross over and set you pc to 176.16.1.101
