Paper Jamming Canon C-700

I have a Canon C 700 imagepress that is jamming. Error code B1 & B4. Tried different trays, paper sizes, wt and types. Sometimes it prints 15 copies, 5, 1 - single sided, or duplex before jamming. Paper seems to be stopping in the B4 area.

Looking for help. Cleaned rollers with Rub Jev but only helped a little.

kindly check the following
1. is there no obstruction along the paper transport path
2. Are you entering the right paper size
3. i will appreciate if you can share the picture of the position sensor (PS) in the service mode of the machine.

Enter the service mode - , the click on JAM to know the exact location of the sensor (PS) where the obstruct is.

Go into service mode (), then select JAM to pinpoint the precise PS sensor that is blocked.

Check bushings and gear in duplex unit. Slack bushings here cause that jam.

Check milars.

Take out cassettes and watch the paper go through the unit to see what is causing the jam.
