    Jam 11A2

    I am getting a jam when run LGL size paper and it is being booklet stapled. Any one out there with an answer?

      The 11A2 jam code indicates a Saddle Delivery Sensor Feed Stationary Jam at PI11, PI17.
      • Jam condition: When stack does not exit the delivery sensor (PI11) after feeding the stack for a prescribed amount with the paper folding motor (M2) after detecting the leading edge of the paper with the delivery sensor (PI11). When stack does not exit the vertical path paper sensor (PI17) after feeding the stack for a prescribed amount with the paper folding motor (M2) after detecting the stack with the delivery sensor (PI11).

          That jam description is based on a Q4 finisher attached to an iR4570 series machine.
          The same jam code is related to the Punch unit for an iR7000...i can't post up the solutions as it's on the Canon intranet and the pics won't display here.
          If it IS an iR7000 that you're having issues with then message me and I'll get the info to you via email.
