    OEM drums

    Hello all ,

    I have a question about the drum units that have the same Part number but different letters . Ex.

    1111C003(AA)
    1111C003(BA)

    What do those letters refer to?

              I a pinch, I replaced a black drum with a magenta drum and it worked just fine. copy quality was great. Now, have interchanged the drums and they work fine. Have had the black drums in the 55 series go bad (the sleeve disengages from the drive gear) get blank copies/prints. Have had 3 in the last 3 months. Katun drums also have had that problem. Go figure. The oem's also have the problem.
