[Misc] adv8205 Fin N1 Double staple problem

I have an adv8205 with Finisher N1, all operations normal, except when Double stapling. Machine staples the rear location only, no attempt to staple the front side, no errors or messages.
cleared finisher DCON, can find nothing broken or out of position in paper/stapler path.

Check the processing tray. Under the alignment plates in the process tray unit, check if the spring is not missing and the alignment plate movement.
