protect key device is not connected

I want to setup a Universal Send software to ir c3200 but the Protect Key Device is not connected error appears.

Could someone tell me what the protect key device look like or maybe a part number? or maybe you can post an image for this..hehehe

Universal Send for the 3200 series is setup via a USB dongle if I remember correctly.
The usual hiding place for the dongle is under the front left hand reader cover or under the rear cover of the machine and sits just under the reader itself.
