Hi everyone,I have canon c5030 machine when i click copy button in display machine got heavy sounds link something got struck ,when i open back side cover sounds are gone away after i close the door sounds come again and also paper jam. please help me on issue...[/COLOR]

that printer model has a problem with bushing wear in the MAIN DRIVE.
It usually occurs on devices that have a high number of black prints.

Are you saying need to replace the bushing gear in the fixing unit?

im newbie in the tech, could you please explain me please

I am not talking about Fixing.
I'm talking about the mechanical main movement unit at the rear.
