    Canon varioprint image problem

    hello guys good day. i want to ask if someone experience or found a solution on this print quality problem. i attached the picture below. Thank you in advance.

    Looks like a printhead error. It would help if you knew the Varioprint model.
    If it ain't broke, don't fix it

      im sorry i forget to include the model number. its a vario print 115.

        Electrical tracks on image drum error. You can replace Drum Unit Assy. lol

          Hello guys just an update on this problem. We just use pcl6 printer driver and those lines disapprear in print.in copy and ps print still have those problem.

            I had an issue like that I cleaned the edge of the drum where an encoder sits. Problem solved.
