[Jamming] C750 POD XL Deck Feed Issues

Got a weird one here. 4 year old C750 with POD XL Deck. Machine runs a variety of stock in this tray anything from envelopes to long sheet 13x30. Not a huge history of feed issues, but for the last 2 months have been chasing a feed stop issue. Machine feeds a couple just fine, then just stops with either the sheet dropped or fed 8 inches into engine. Tried new feed rollers with no change. Replaced entire feed assembly with no change. Log indicates CODE 00 019B 06.

Bypass and under engine drawers feed and print fine. Just he POD deck that is giving issue.

Any ideas?

Problem has been solved. On the C750 model there is a plate on the POD deck at the gripper of the sheet. This plate is slotted and has hash marks for adjustment and controls the pile top stop.

Looks like over time the plate has moved down just ever so slightly causing the pile to be lower than proper level, effectively starving the machine and causing a delay in pickup.

Needs to dialed in a little, but things are feeding much better now.
