    iR 3325 Fax issue

    Posted this in the regular Canon forum as well, but have not received any replies. Will try here too.

    Good morning troops!!

    I have a customer with an older iR3325 that has Fax TX reports turned on... and when the report prints out, all the TX data comes out with "zeros". They need time/date/number of pages to come out as well. The machine is in another state, so I'm asking on behalf of our local repair tech.

    Any and all suggestions welcome. Happy Holidays!

    Does the copier's TX job log contain the date/time or is it also messed up?

    If the print/copy/scan logs are also messed then we can assume the fax board is fine and it's a copier issue.

      TX log shows Date/Time/ and number of Pages just fine. It's just the TX REPORT that's giving them fits.

      It's at a Law firm... so they need the data on the report.
