Please help ! Going crazy with 2 side printing...

So I am trying to work with a Irc3220 and trying to print in Corel X3 some double sided business cards, but cant get the back side to align with the front side when printing double sided when I choose on the printer driver..

I have tried with a PCL5 driver and a UFR driver and cant get the thing to align..

Any help is appreciated I have been trying to work this out the past 2 weeks..

    Thanks for your time !!

You shouldn't duplex with card stock.
Run the first side from the bypass tray with it set to thick paper.
Turn the card stock over and print the backside the same way.
Duplex is not designed for cardstock.
Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?

That won't solve it either.. Even if I try to test run it on plain paper it comes out shifted

measure the shift and do a corresponding movement in corel file. i gaurntee it will get u 99% result with trial and error.
a machine is only as good as your tech : source:screwtape ; the scary one

Do you get the same shift from off the glass or the df?If not then you know that Corel is the problem or the print settings need to be changed

Are you a tech? You have another post about 2nd side registration and screwtape explained 2nd side front to rear registration adjustment and you asked what the middle setting does.....that is just the path to the adjustment in service mode....call a tech

I know this won't help with your iRC but may be of interest to those with CLC
There is an option on the RIP to calibrate the cassette alignment for duplex

                  Hope you get it sorted,
                  Dave
