The output value of the Toner Density Sensor (Y) in the Development Unit (Y) is not between 38 and 214 for 2 consecutive times during printing.
You can see the value displayed in Service Mode>DENS>DENS-S-Y . If its value is higher than 214, the SGNL-Y value may decrease. If still not working, replace the new Developing Unit (Y). -
