[Error Code] Ir advance 6075 error 197-0008

Copier printing 100-200 sheet and suddenly a jam accuring. I remove jam papers then fixing unit inserted then machine show code 197-0008.
On and off machine code gone.
Then error code coming on next paper jamming.
What can do? Please give me some suggestions.
I checked drawer connection it's OK 👍.

I checked drawer connection it's OK 👍.

It could be a number of things but start by reseating the connectors on the duplex driver pcb behind the front cover of the transport unit. Go into service mode under error and it will give you other information.

If I open fixing drawer and close in ready mode machine show error code 197-0008.

No I checked there is no paper, no tiniest paper in fixing drawer connector

Service mode should give you ideas on what to replace. You should also check the connectors for paper on the transport side and in the rear of the machine by the frame where the transport engages.

Error in Fixing Drawer Connector connection detection
Connection between the DC Controller PCB (PCB1) and the Main Driver PCB (PCB2) is disconnected.
Remedy:
1. Check the connection between the Main Driver PCB (PCB2) and the Fixing Drawer. Main Driver side: J105, Fixing Drawer (host machine side): J3001D Check the Harness of the Fixing Drawer (Fixing side) (J3001L). 2. Replace the Main Driver PCB (PCB2).

Depending on the amount of jamming, you can get weird errors if the connectors back of the transport bed meets the host machine are worn from the frequent opening/closing even when it looks fine. Usually, you would get a different error code. You might be able to shim the transport bed connector for a better connection but probably not and its a stopgap measure until you replace the connectors

There is also a rectangular gap a little lower and to the right from the connectors in the host machine, if paper is wedged in there it will affect how far the transport bed is connecting to the host machine.

It has been found that the bracket or sensor flag for PS96 can become damaged. Handle Sensor Mount Assembly (FM4-0908-000) -the green handle locking mechanism is damaged or sensor and A) the copier thinks the transport bed is unlocked/open despite the doors being close or B) it's not properly locked so it's not a proper connection


What is the life of the fuser? around 30%? Again, weird issues if the fuser is off but this wouldn't be a usual error from this.

What are the jam codes? ....does the paper flip right before the fuser and make a mess when you pull it out? Turn off the copier and unplug from the wall overnight/weekend and see what happens the next day -this would make it more probable that it is the duplex driver pcb like Brian8506 suggests and they might have had a power issue. Issue might go away if it was an overcharged capacitor due to a temporary power issue.

Yes' You indicate right point. That problem in sensor flag at green handle locking sensor system.

The problem has been gone yesterday.
That is very rare problem so I disclosed what happened.

The green handle lock-unlock sensor ps96's flags has some tightly movement because some lubricant spell over it.
If paper jam i open the door and green handle down and removed fixing drawer in hurry. But sensor flag come down very late. And machine say 197-0008.
And I put fixing drawer in machine. The sensor flag up and not giving any drawer close or open problem.

On and off machine code gone.
Come again at next paper jam.

I removed sensor unit in transport side of machine and clean with alcohol. Then flag moving freely.

I am little slow in English.
