Canon c 700 paper jam-New problem discovered

Canon c 700 imagepress; When I send files from the computer I get contionous jamming (with-in 75 prints about 6 jams).
Most of the time it will stop at the B1 & B4 section shown on the display. But when I place the same image on the glass, using the same stock and tray,(MP tray)
- have tried other trays also I don't get any paper Jams.

Does anyone know what the problem may be?

Using a Laptop with Intel -Win 11. connection efi fiery command workstation 6, wifi network cable connects from router to the Fiery.

If you print from a UFRII generic print driver instead of the fiery, does it jam?

Is Paper size override on?

I reckon the computer/fiery is probably telling the copier something slightly different in paper size/type and that's throwing it off ...or the fiery thinks its a slightly different model?

A good ole firmware update?
