hello
On canons IR C4580 PS3 & Canon iR5055 PS3, the default scan to email configurations are OCR (software installed) and Compact settings on.
For some users, on the canon when they scan to email. a PDF file is generated and sent to the inbox. The pdf file is opened and printed on the Canon. The result is the error message prints:
ERROR: ioerror
OFFENDING COMMAND: image
STACK: --savelevel--,
On the Canon if they scan to email and turn off the settings OCR and Compact. The pdf file prints - ie no error messages.
If the same PDF file to a different vendor printer ie Lexmark, the pdf file prints.
Ive tested and Im not able to replicate the error.
Is this a known issue? or is this user specific? any information would be greatly appreciated.
