Canon 3025 displaying error code:0002250001

My canon ir3025 copier has been displaying error code 3025. I have tried on numerous occasions to remove it by entering service mode to no avail. I even swapped the CCD and flexi connector with one from my old broken down machine and still the error code persists. Anyone who can help with steps I can take to remedy the situation. Good day
