[Jamming] Canon C250if,S1 keeps jamming,02 1cf1 code every 10 or 20 prints or copies

    Hi fellow techs
I can't get a handle on this intermittent jamming(every 8 to 10 sheets) coming out of finisher and 1 sheet on the conveyance tray and 1 coming out of the fuser assembly. Happens either printing or copying will cause this 02 1cf1 to show up on the history page, or 1cf1 on the display. I updated the firmware and thought that may correct this jamming issue, but not this time, I believe firmware, went from 36 to 41. This is an error avoidance, not sure what that means. I tried out of the 1st and 2nd paper trays and still stops as paper is exiting the S1 finisher. Copier only has 130k total meter.
I checked the actuator which is the first one entering the finisher, added an extra loop on the spring and no difference. The tip of the actuator is slightly worn, but nothing out of the ordinary. I finally removed finisher and its running great, as of last Wednesday according to the customer. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank-You in advance.

It may be similar to the 1730 and 400 finishers where a drive gear in the back cracks. Look closely.

      Hi Brian
Where is this gear? I see the elevator dual gear. Am I looking at the right area? My eyes are not what they used to be. Thank-You
