    ADV 527i faded copies

    Anyone ever have issues with the Toner(drum assy) giving faded copies. I have about 10 of these in one customer and they pretty much all die early!.

          From the summer of 2022, there are no more of these problems.

              It is a well known problem, sometimes there are also black lines in the light prints. This happens that often that Canon does not want the defective units back when warranty requests are made.
