An artist needs this particular type of copier she says for her artwork. Says the toner transfers over to a wax paper better than any other models she has tried. I don't know the actual process.
Her older PC 940 died so we got this PC981 for her to use.
Tested out fine and then transported in my trunk. When I get there and set it up we try to turn it on and the light go on and you can hear the scanner set and then it goes off immediately. No power.
Tried another circuit. Same problem. Have any of you older techs seen this in the distant past?
Yes I would love to sell her a newer machine but this is what she insists on :-/
