They are two TS sensors, one on the developer and by the sub hopper in the inside rear of the machine. Check the wire harness. Cut any wire ties you can. Clean out the developer. Make sure you are using geniune canon toner and check DC.

Thanks for your advise, we never use compact toner, not reliable and a lot of problem
