HI all, I am in need of some help.

Here is the problem, I recently replaced the OHP sensor as requested by the code and from a few comments here that was given as advice, now I have a new problem:

E0025-002


This code has to do with the magenta ink as indicated by the manual, I have checked the operation of the magenta ink and developer, check for broken wires and damaged gears or worn gears.

I have swapped out sensor and no resolution, If anyone have any suggestions I would be grateful.

have you changed whole drum....or checked state of transfer belt??

Drum was replaced 2 months prior to problem, transfer belt in good shape.
