Canon IR2800 Error 000051-0000

can anybody plz help out on this copier.The error 000051-0000 came up.What do u think it means?hw do i enter the simulation mode?i do i slove this puzzle?Plz i will appreciate if I can get the Service manual.This is my email address:bisiawoeyo@yahoo.com.Tanx.

This is commen error code, is cause by a stepping motor gear broken, just replace FK2-0144 will solve your problem
