Shifted copy irc3200 ?

When trying to copy a document on the IRC 3200, I align it with the red arrow on the corner.. When the copy comes out it eats out around 3 mm from the top and from the left side too..

How can this be worked out ?

Is there some calibration that can be worked out on the service menu ?

BTW i fixed the prob in duplex copies !
