How to Hide Scan Application on ImageRunners ?

Hi. I was wondering if someone happened to know how to hide the Scan application on imageRunners. Notably 6570s and 4570s. I have no problem getting into service mode but can't find where the option is.

Thanks for the quick response. This is probably my issue. if you don't mind me asking, how does one get to level 2 in service mode? I can only see Level 1 after I *28*

What's sad is I needed this information most of all when I was on site a few hours ago and had to leave without resolving the issue. and all I had to do was ask.
